Since Krav Maga was developed from a mix of different self-defense techniques and styles, it is a close sibling to mixed martial arts. These two disciplines draw inspiration from each other and much of what you’ll learn in our MMA classes overlaps with techniques taught in our Krav Maga classes.

A full contact technique that utilizes both standing and ground fighting techniques, mixed martial arts training is a great way to gain comprehensive skills that will serve you well when combined with your Krav Maga training.

What to Expect From MMA Classes
In our mixed martial arts classes, you can expect to learn a variety of standing and ground fighting techniques that combine Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, boxing, Muay Thai, and much more to give you an incredible workout and prepare you for real-world situations. Each class will teach you new skills and techniques that you can practice on mitts, heavy bags, and in the sparring ring. Finish each class with strength training exercises that focus on improving specific muscle groups.
