Krav Maga Worldwide Fighting Classes & Programs
Fight training at Krav Maga Worldwide Los Angeles will make you stronger and safer.
We teach students to fight on their feet, on the ground, and in the transitions in between.
Stand-up fighting. Jiu-Jitsu. Grappling and wrestling. You have to know all three if you want to have real fighting skills.
Our Fight Program offers it all. Two different levels of stand-up fight classes as well as a gi and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu.
Our fight training classes are for men and women to become more effective at fighting for self-defense. We teach, train, and practice the sport elements of combat sports but we’re always focused on the best self-defense for the streets.
The Krav Maga Fight Program offers a variety of fighting classes for students of all experience levels.
Our goal is to train fighters who are well rounded and capable of protecting themselves outside of the training center.
KM Fight Program Classes
Stand-up fight training and kickboxing involves: stance, footwork, movement, combinations, angles, timing, and vision. We use a progressive approach that involves drilling and technical sparring as well as full-contact sparring rounds.
Jiu-Jitsu and grappling involves: takedowns, takedown defense, attacking from the guard position, sweeps, joint locks, strangles, and fighting for dominant positions. We have different levels of classes that build students skills. Fundamental classes involve drilling and some sparring related drills. Higher level classes involve drilling as well as free training/sparring rounds.
Students are encouraged to do all of the drills and sparring rounds in class. However we understand that everyone learns and develops at their own pace so no part of class is mandatory. You can work at your own pace and learn to fight in a cooperative environment.
